If you could only ride the Matterhorn or Radiator Springs Racers, which would you pick?

How do you pick what Disneyland rides to do? How do Disneyland rides compare? If you only had time for one more, how do you pick? In this edition of Disney Duel, we help you pick between the Matterhorn in Disneyland and Radiator Springs Racers in California Adventure!

For every Disneyland Ride Duel, I use my (not) patented DISNEY DORK TOM RIDE SCORE formula, where I compare each ride across a number of key areas including: LOCATION, QUEUE, AVERAGE WAIT TIME, AMBIANCE, EXCITEMENT, ENJOYMENT, and NOSTALGIA. Each ride ends up with a DDT RIDE SCORE ouf of 50 points and we see who the winner is.

Disneyland Duel: Matterhorn v. Star Tours

Is the Matterhorn too bumpy? Does Star Tours give you motion sickness? We’ll answer these and other questions in our third DISNEYLAND DUEL, where we pit two random attractions against each other. Then I rate them for Location, Queue, Wait Times, Ambiance, Excitement, Enjoyment, and Nostalgia. At the end, we crown a winner!

Today we see who wins between the MATTERHORN and STAR TOURS, two Disneyland classics which are within a stone’s throw of each other. Let’s see who wins in this turbulent Disneyland attraction duel!

Bucket List Item Complete: My First Visit to Walt’s Beloved Club 33 (with pics)!

Because I am heavily crowd-averse, I would almost never be caught at Disneyland on a Saturday… during Halloween peak… during the 60th celebration time. But, I had to bend my own rules this weekend because a very, very, very special opportunity arose for my fiancee and I– a chance to dine at the very prestigious Club 33!

Blue Bayou at Disneyland: A Review

Everyone seemed to really enjoy my restaurant review for Liberty Tree Tavern in Walt Disney World, so I decided to do another restaurant review for one of my favorite experiences at Disneyland Resort: Blue Bayou. Due to my love of the place, I find it almost shocking how many times I’ve been chatting with people about Disneyland who know about Blue Bayou but have never opted to eat there! Simply not knowing about it is one thing, but knowing about it and still never trying it? Mind boggling. So I’ve decided to write this review in an effort to try and inform people on what they’re missing!
